Refund policy

1.一般情況下,顧客可於收貨起計七天內退還或更換未經使用及包裝完整的貨品,但顧客需自行承擔所有相關運費。

<部份特殊貨品(包括: 冷凍(Frozen)貓狗糧)不設退換,詳情請向職員查詢>

2.若顧客發現貨品送抵時經已損毀或與訂單不符,可於收貨起計 七天內,連同相關貨品相片及資料通知我們,我們會安排上門退貨或更換貨品。

3.如客人委託送貨司機將貨品放到地址門口或管理處代收,客人需自行負責貨品遺失或損壞之風險。

4.本公司不接受任何以個人/動物的喜好、口味等為退貨理由。

5.本公司有權拒絕一切不合理的換貨或退貨要求。

6.本公司不提供退款服務。

7.有關退換貨詳細安排,歡迎聯絡我們查詢。

8. 本公司保留以上條款的最終決定權。

RETURN POLICY

1.Under general circumstances, customer can return unopened and unused purchased product(s) ordered via online within 7 days upon product(s) arrival. Customer is liable to related transportation costs.

2.If product(s) are broken or wrongly sent upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days and send us related product(s) information and photos.

3.Customer(s) is reliable to the loss and damage if customer authorizes product(s) to be sent to the property management office or leave at the front door.

4.Product(s) could not be returned under the reason of owners' or pets' preferences nor favor matters.

5.Forever Pets has the right to refuse any unreasonable product exchange/ return claims.

6.Products could not be refunded.

7.Please contact us for detailed product(s) return arrangement.

8.Forever Pets reserved all final rights.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stationfortune.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
