Delivery is typically completed within 2-3 business days.

For dry goods, delivery will be made to your door via SF Express. Delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The courier will call you before delivery. *The courier will contact you 15 to 30 minutes before the confirmed delivery date.

Frozen products are delivered to your door using cold chain logistics.

Pre-orders typically take 4-10 business days to arrange delivery. If delivery takes longer than 10 business days, customer service will contact the customer to confirm acceptance or arrange a refund.
