Delivery Terms
Free delivery service is available for purchases over a specified amount. Delivery areas include Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands (other remote areas are subject to negotiation):
- Purchase dry goods over $300
- Purchase frozen goods over $350
- **Free shipping amounts for dry goods and frozen goods are calculated separately**
*Outlying Islands
- Delivery to Lantau Island (south of Shek Mun Kap Road Roundabout), Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau will be made via SF Express.
Areas where delivery service is not available include:
- restricted area
- There is no elevator at the delivery location or the goods must be delivered via stairs (a parking space downstairs is required for delivery)
***Some places are remote or difficult for vehicles to access, so customers may need to pick up the goods in the city or at the intersection.

- Frozen meat orders are shipped separately and are calculated separately from the free shipping amount for dry goods.
- To ensure the highest quality and most efficient delivery service, Forever Pets will select the most suitable shipping method based on the quantity, size, and weight of your pet supplies order, as well as your convenient delivery area, location, and time. This includes using our own fleet or arranging delivery with other local logistics companies. Under normal circumstances, delivery will be arranged to your designated delivery address within 2-5 delivery days. **Other local logistics companies include: SF Express, Cainiao , ZTO Express, Kerry Logistics, Alfred Smart Locker, and KE Smart Locker (depending on the quantity, size, and weight of the pet supplies ordered).
- If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the delivery arrangement may be adjusted
- Arrangements for Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm: All same-day deliveries will be cancelled. We will contact affected customers to make delivery arrangements after the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled.
- In case of other severe weather or special traffic congestion, the company will adjust the delivery arrangements according to individual circumstances. Affected customers will receive a phone call from us to notify us and make further arrangements.
- Please be sure to answer the phone during the confirmed delivery time, as the driver will call to confirm your availability before proceeding to the delivery location. If we are unable to contact you, the delivery service will be automatically postponed.
- Delivery times may be adjusted depending on the route and road conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- If the purchase amount is less than the specified amount, you can make an appointment in advance to pick up the goods at the Kwai Chung warehouse.
- All frozen meat orders must be paid in advance before delivery can be arranged.
- Delivery arrangements for frozen meat products may not be possible due to remote locations or customer delivery requirements. However, you can make an appointment in advance to collect the goods at our Kwai Chung warehouse.
- If you cancel your order after confirming it, you may be charged a $100 administrative fee.
- For frozen meat orders that require delivery to the management office/door, customers are required to bring their own ice packs and ice types. The company will not bear any legal responsibility or refund or exchange if the goods are stolen, damaged, or melted after delivery.
- If the purchase amount is less than the free delivery amount, a delivery surcharge will be charged (The actual charge will be based on the weight of the goods and will be notified when the order is confirmed ) .
- *All remote areas are subject to our company's discretion and cannot be listed one by one. Separate quotes are required. Please call our customer service department for details.
- The company reserves the right to change all terms and conditions at any time. The company reserves the right of final decision on all matters and disputes arising from the order.
