The story of Barking Heads and Meowing Heads began in 2008. Dave, Paul, and Jim were working together at a small pet food company when they received news that it would be acquired by a major international chocolate and pet food manufacturer. Saddened by the flood of cheap pet food and chocolate on the market, and anxious about the lack of quality food, the three young men decided to take action for the animals they loved.

Inspired by Richard Branson's entrepreneurial spirit, they founded a company with a singular goal: to produce high-quality dog ​​and cat food enriched with fresh meat, fish, and other natural ingredients. This group of driven and enthusiastic young men was a blessing for pet owners around the world. To this day, Barking Heads & Meowing Heads remains a vibrant, fun, healthy, and conscientious brand, producing high-quality food for beloved dogs and cats—a principle that continues to drive them today.
