Gourmate sources the finest organic green-lipped mussels from the cold, clean waters of Stewart Island, containing a natural trio of omega-3, chondroitin and glucosamine to support joint health and other inflammation-related issues.

Research shows that New Zealand green-lipped mussels can reduce joint pain and inflammation without serious side effects, earning them the moniker "superfood" for joint health.

Humans also take green-lipped mussel extract to improve other inflammation-related conditions, such as arthritis, asthma, psoriasis, and intestinal disorders.

The mussels are carefully processed to ensure their potency. They are not degreased, cooked or heat-dried before freeze-drying.
